Many a times, most of when I am chatting to someone on IM, I find myself in a situation where I need to quickly share a screenshot with someone on the web. In a conventional way, one would capture the screenshot using Windows Snipping tool or any other 3rd party alternative, save the capture on the hard disk and then use online services like imgur to upload, and finally copy the link to your clipboard to share the pic. The method sure does solve the purpose but require many intermediate steps.

So today I am going to show you how you can cut down these steps and directly annotate and share a screenshot using jetScreenshot. jetScreenshot is a wonderful application that helps you in capturing and annotating screenshot on your computer and then shares it on its server if required and provide you with a unique image URL.

Using jetScreenshot:
Download and install jetScreenshot application on your computer to get started. After successful installation, the tool will start minimized to the system tray. Right-click on the icon and capture the screen as you would like. After capturing the screen the program will give you the option to annotate the captured area. You can add text, underline important stuff, add shapes, etc.
